Q. How can I reserve a date?

All dates are on a first come first service basis. The ONLY way to reserve a date is with a deposit and a contract offer.
 
Q. Is set up time available?

In addition to your rental, you will receive 30 minutes of set up time for each hour of rental.  Additional time can be purchased at $25 per hour.  
 
Q. Do tables and chairs come with the rental?

Yes. Table and chairs are included in each rental.  (40 chairs, 4 squares and 7 cocktail tables). Additional Tables and Chairs may be purchased.
 
Q. Do linen come with the rental?

No. We do not provide linen with rentals, however we have vendors who can assist with all linen needs.
 
Q. Can we bring a DJ?

Yes.  DJs Are Welcomed. We also have ipod and MP3 capabilities
 
Q. Is Clean Up included in the Rental?

No. The clean up fee for each rental is $100, which is optional. You may bring in your own clean up crew.
 
Q. Can we bring in our own Caterer?

Yes. Outside caterers are allowed. We recommend caterers who are insured and bonded.
 
Q. Can I charge at the door?

No. We do not allow money to be collected in any form on the premises.
